Amanda Conner is an American comics artist and illustrator whose expressive, character-driven work has made her one of the most recognizable visual voices in mainstream superhero comics. Born in 1967, she broke into the industry in the late 1980s, contributing early work to both Archie Comics and Marvel Comics before broadening her portfolio through the 1990s with titles such as Claypool Comics' *Soulsearchers and Company* and Harris Comics' *Vampirella*.

Her career gained significant momentum in the 2000s through her work at DC Comics, where she became closely associated with characters including Power Girl, Atlee, and Harley Quinn — the last of which stands as perhaps her most enduring contribution to popular comics culture.
