Harley Quinn fills this August 2016 cover in an extreme close-up, her bi-colored pigtails and skull jewelry unmistakable as she grips what appears to be an electrified weapon, lightning crackling across the image with gleeful menace in her eyes. Amanda Conner's cover pencils and inks capture Harley's wild energy beautifully — tongue out, grinning, looking every bit the chaotic force suggested by the story title "Destroy All Mobsters!" With Conner and Palmiotti scripting alongside Chad Hardin's interior art and Alex Sinclair's colors, this issue promises exactly the kind of anarchic fun this series does so well.
