Kicking off "Nether Regions" with Part One, this 2017 DC Universe Rebirth issue finds Harley Quinn leaning confidently against a graffiti-tagged brick wall, armed with an oversized exterminator's spray gun and a "Bug Off" canister strapped to her back — with a very unimpressed pigeon keeping her company at her feet. Amanda Conner's cover art captures Harley's signature red-and-black harlequin style with a mischievous smirk that perfectly sets the tone for whatever pest-related chaos is about to unfold. With Palmiotti and Conner scripting and Khari Evans, John Timms, and Alex Sinclair bringing the interior to life, this is a thoroughly entertaining package from a creative team clearly having a great time with their subject.
