Harley Quinn and Power Girl make an unlikely duo on Amanda Conner's cover for this New 52 issue, with a grinning, red-and-black-clad Harley striking a gleeful pose back-to-back with a steely-eyed Power Girl in her white-and-gold costume and red cape. The cover's cheeky disclaimer — warning readers that the book "contains no actual super-heroics" — sets the tone perfectly for the off-kilter team-up promised by the "...and Power Girl?!" title treatment.
