Starman #14
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freePart three of the "Sins of the Child" arc arrives in this December 1995 issue of DC's Starman, with Tony Harris delivering a moody, art-deco-inflected cover that assembles four striking figures — a lean, cigarette-smoking man at left, an older suited figure looming in the background, a young red-haired woman leaning vulnerably forward, and a imposing goggled man in the foreground who holds a small pistol at his side. The layered composition, rich purples and golds, and that ornate circular design behind the characters give the whole thing a noir atmosphere that feels genuinely distinctive. With James Robinson writing and Harris and Wade von Grawbadger handling the interior art, this five-part story is hitting its midpoint with real visual momentum.
