Harley Quinn & Her Gang of Harleys #2

Amanda Conner's cover for this July 2016 DC miniseries delivers a striking visual: Harley Quinn herself — in her red-and-black costume, wielding a feather quill — is bound to a chair atop an enormous magenta sugar-skull face, while six members of her Gang of Harleys (a diverse crew of women and at least one young man) peer in from portrait circles around the edges. With Frank Tieri and Jimmy Palmiotti co-writing and Mauricet on interior art, "Hit 'Em Where It Hurts" promises the kind of chaotic, colorful energy that practically jumps off the page.
