Harley Quinn leaps front and center in full red-and-blue jester regalia, baseball bat in hand and a cheerful dog tucked under her arm, while a colorful crew of Harley-inspired recruits — each with their own spin on the classic look — swirl around her in dynamic action poses. The cover by Amanda Conner plays cleverly with a mostly desaturated palette that makes Harley's vibrant costume pop against the ensemble, hinting at the theme of the story title "The Gang of Harleys!" in the most visually satisfying way. Written by Conner and Jimmy Palmiotti with art by Chad Hardin and colors by Alex Sinclair, this August 2015 issue promises the kind of anarchic, big-hearted fun that made this series such a standout.
