With the dome down and her powers restored, Power Girl searches the area surrounding Metropolis. She is hit by a Soviet missile which she traces back to Wonder Woman and engages. Meanwhile, Lex Luthor forces Stalin to take him to the nuclear command center from which he plans to destroy all the other cities. Earth-2 Superman explains to Red Son Wonder Woman how she's been mis-used. Together, they defeat Lex and depose Stalin.
