Frank Tieri and Mauricet's "Old Lady Harley" arc takes a fascinating turn in this 2018 issue, and Amanda Conner's cover sets the tone perfectly — an aged, battle-worn Harley Quinn stands front and center with her signature red-and-blue face paint, wielding a blood-dripping trident and a massive saw-blade weapon, her robot dog loyally at her side. Behind her, a post-apocalyptic cityscape frames a cast of fierce-looking allies and a towering, skull-throne villain flanked by a fur-clad figure in the background. Paul Mounts' warm, fiery color palette gives the whole image a gloriously gritty wasteland feel that makes this one hard to put back on the shelf.
