Amanda Conner's wildly inventive cover for this 2017 DC Universe Rebirth issue presents Harley in dizzying, star-spinning fashion — roller skates on, mid-tumble, with cartoon stars orbiting her head. Flanking her are two dream-state visions of herself: one decked out in military surplus gear with goggles, the other done up in a Dorothy-from-Oz-style braided blonde look, complete with a basket and a golden dog. It's a playfully surreal snapshot of a chaotic mind at work, and with a story titled "Butt Maiming & Mind Gaming," this issue promises Harley at her most delightfully unhinged.
