The entire Gen 13 team crowds together against a brick wall, caught in a web of crisscrossing red laser sights — a tense, visually striking moment brought to life on the cover by Amanda Conner. Roxy crouches in the foreground while Caitlin, Grunge, Lynch, and the rest of the crew fan out behind her, fists raised and expressions locked somewhere between defiant and wary. Beechen, Torian, and Crawford's 2010 WildStorm run continues with issue #34, and this cover alone makes a strong case for why this team remains one of the more entertaining ensembles in superhero comics.
