In Metropolis of Pre-Crisis Earth-2 under the dome, Clark Kent has revealed his identity as Superman. He and Kara struggle with being mere humans. Meanwhile, in Moscow of the Red Son universe under its own dome, Joseph Stalin demands answers from Superman, Wonder Woman and the American traitor Lex Luthor. Lex insults everyone while giving his latest update. He later confides more details to his wife Lois and shows her his latest breakthrough. Comrade Superman surprises them and tells Lex he must not frustrate Stalin again. Finally, Telos's broadcast is heard and the domes begin to fall.
