Lee Bermejo

Lee Bermejo is an American comic book artist and writer born in 1977, recognized for a body of work that spans both interior illustration and cover art across nearly three decades of continuous activity in the industry.

Bermejo broke into comics around 1998 and built his reputation steadily through collaborations with writer Brian Azzarello. Their partnership produced some of his most celebrated projects: *Lex Luthor: Man of Steel*, which reframed Superman's corporate nemesis as a man of genuine conviction, and the *Joker* graphic novel, a grim street-level reimagining of Batman's most famous villain.
