This issue presents four serials and seven short stories spanning multiple genres. The featured serials include "Luck" by John Frederick (Part I), Charles Beadle's "Through Rabat's Eyes" (Part II), J. Allan Dunn's "Isle of Drums" (Part III), and Carolyn Wells' mystery "Tracing the Shadow" (Part IV). One complete novelette, "A Letter of Discredit" by Garret Smith, is also included.
