L'Invisible
L'Invisible is the French-language identity of Sue Storm, the Invisible Girl of Marvel's Fantastic Four. Exposed to cosmic radiation alongside Reed Richards, Johnny Storm, and Ben Grimm, she gained the power to render herself and objects invisible, becoming a founding member of the team.
A Silver Age marvel born in the pages of Fantask #1 in 1969, L'Invisible emerged from the legendary creative partnership of Stan Lee and Jack Kirby and has been a fixture of French-language comics publishing ever since. With 183 catalog appearances spanning an extraordinary 56 years — 32 of them recognized as key collector issues — this is a character whose presence in the medium is anything but fleeting. Gracing the pages of Strange, Titans, and Spécial Strange under Editions Lug, L'Invisible shares adventures alongside some of the most iconic figures in comics history, including Mister Fantastic, La Torche Humaine, L'Araignée, and Iron Man. For collectors who love the rich Franco-Belgian tradition of Marvel publishing, L'Invisible represents a genuinely rewarding corner of the Silver Age worth exploring.
