“Les apparences sont parfois trompeuses !”

In the isolated confines of a remote research station, Dr. Langkowski finds himself drawn into a bizarre cosmic mystery when the Fantastic Four’s Thing is suddenly teleported in—only to reveal that the visitor is not who he seems. As the station’s scientists begin to vanish one by one, the truth behind the intrusion unravels in ways that defy expectation. Written and illustrated by John Byrne, with colors by Andy Yanchus, this 1985 issue features a cover by Jean Frisano and delivers a tense, mind-bending twist in a story where appearances are anything but what they seem.
