Gene Ha is an American comics artist and writer, born in 1969 in Chicago, Illinois. He is best known for his detailed, expressive work on *Top 10* and *Top 10: The Forty-Niners*, created with writer Alan Moore and artist Zander Cannon for America's Best Comics. Ha also drew the Batman graphic novel *Fortunate Son* with Gerard Jones, and *The Adventures of Cyclops and Phoenix* for Marvel. His clean, intricate linework and strong storytelling have made him a sought-after cover artist for *Wizard* and Marvel.
