Ashley Wood (born 1971) is an Australian comic book artist and illustrator best known for his distinctive cover art, concept design, and work as an art director. He began his career in the UK and international comics scene, working on characters like Judge Dredd before breaking into the US market for Marvel Comics and DC Comics. Wood later moved to Image Comics, where he created graphic novels and cover art for Todd McFarlane's Spawn-related titles, and collaborated with IDW Publishing. He typically works in mixed media, combining oil painting with digital techniques.
