About this Collection

This collected edition brings together the 2007 IDW series Completely Doomed, a comedic horror tale featuring Dracula as he navigates the absurdities of modern life. The story follows the iconic vampire as he attempts to adapt to contemporary society, with his undead nature and ancient sensibilities clashing hilariously with the mundane world around him.

"Ms. Doomed" delivers a chilling, offbeat twist on small-town mystery in this 2007 IDW standout, where a motorist’s routine stop in a fog-drenched coastal town spirals into something far stranger. Written by Richard Matheson and Scott Tipton, with moody, atmospheric art by Nat Jones, the story unfolds with eerie precision as the man’s minor traffic stop turns into a surreal ordeal. The cover, a striking collaboration by Jeremy Geddes and Ashley Wood, captures the tale’s unsettling tone perfectly.

A motorist is pulled over in a mist-shrouded seaside town and locked up overnight for a minor infraction. The town's residents seem almost invisible and the motorist is certain he's wandered into local corruption, but doesn't fully understand what the townspeople want with him until he's led into a giant oven; it's time for the town barbacue.
