Judge Dredd the Megazine #75

Judge Dredd the Megazine #75 (March 1995) spotlights Ashley Wood's striking cover, where a grimly armored Judge Dredd looms in the foreground, his badge gleaming on his chest, while an enormous serrated jaw — belonging to something far larger and more menacing — dominates the right side of the image. The moody, painterly rendering gives the whole composition a genuinely unsettling edge, perfectly teasing the ongoing "Skar" storyline within. With John Wagner writing and Ashley Wood handling both art and color throughout, this is a handsome package from one of British comics' most enduring anthologies.
