Werther Dell'Edera is an Italian comic book artist best known as the co-creator and primary artist of *Something Is Killing the Children*, along with its spin-offs *House of Slaughter* and *Book of Butcher*. Born in 1975, he entered the industry in the mid-2000s, with his early credits including work on *Loveless* and *Cobra*. His style is marked by a moody, expressive linework that balances horror and humanity, often using shadow and texture to heighten tension. Dell'Edera's most frequent collaborator is writer James Tynion IV, with whom he built the expanding world of the Order of St. George.
