James Tynion IV and Werther Dell'Edera bring "A Game of Nowhere Part Five" to a charged close with a cover that says everything without showing a monster: a lone figure with white hair and a heavy backpack stands at the roadside, facing a "Now Leaving Wisconsin" sign that grimly adds "Protect Wisconsin Children." Something small and dark tumbles through the air beside her, and the wide-open sky ahead feels less like freedom than a threshold crossed. Dell'Edera and colorist Miquel Muerto bathe the scene in cool blues and soft dusk pinks, giving this BOOM! Studios series one of its most quietly unsettling images yet.
