Billy advises a company in Zurich when a fire starts in the building. He meets Ronin while escaping. She captures him and she and Jaye begin to question him when the lights go out. Chameleon and Flint arrive in Alexandria. They get to Billy's apartment and find Firefly. Flint drives the trucks of explosives Firefly planted into the water while Chameleon takes him down.
