G.I. Joe: Origins #21
In G.I. Joe: Origins #21, Michel Monk's training under Colossus World's security forces takes a sharp turn when his mentor, Horvath, begins manipulating his evaluations and testing his limits—pushing him beyond expectations. With Dr. Westholme's sudden death adding a layer of secrecy, Horvath stages Monk’s Lome score to serve his own agenda, setting the stage for something far more complex than mere military conditioning. Written by David Lapham and illustrated by Werther Dell'Edera, with colors by Arianna Florean and letters by Chris Mowry, the issue’s cover by Tom Feister captures the tension of a man on the edge of transformation.
