Justin Jordan
Justin Jordan (born 1978) is an American comic book writer best known for co-creating the Image Comics series *The Strange Talent of Luther Strode* with artist Tradd Moore, a visceral, action-driven story that ran for three volumes. He also wrote a 22-issue run on DC’s *Green Lantern: New Guardians*. Jordan broke into the industry in the early 2010s, quickly establishing himself as a writer of muscular, genre-savvy superhero and horror comics. His other notable work includes *Team 7*, *Deathstroke*, and *The Curse of Brimstone* for DC, as well as the creator-owned *Savage Things* and *Dark Gods*. His style often blends kinetic violence with dark humor and a sharp sense of pacing. He collaborated regularly with artists like Moore, Riley Rossmo, and Francis Portela. Jordan’s creator-owned projects have earned him a reputation for pushing genre conventions while working within the mainstream. He remains active in the industry, writing for both independent publishers and major franchises.
