Part 2 of "Krypton Returns" arrives in this January 2014 New 52 entry, with a Kenneth Rocafort cover that frames Superboy in his sleek black-and-orange suit, fists crackling with telekinetic energy, standing atop a debris field of shattered rock and skulls. Looming behind him is the massive, crumbling stone visage of the Eradicator — a presence so imposing it fills the sky — making the cover's warning to "Beware the Eradicator!" feel entirely earned.
