Deathstroke #20

Part of DC's New 52 line, Deathstroke #20 (July 2013) arrives with a cover by penciler Andres Guinaldo and inker Mark Irwin that crackles with kinetic energy — Deathstroke, armored in blue and gold and brandishing his massive sword, clashes violently against a blonde woman in a glowing yellow-trimmed suit who levels a firearm point-blank at him amid an explosion of debris. The tagline "For the Fate of His Family!" promises serious personal stakes in "Prodigal Sons," scripted by Justin Jordan and Tony Bedard with interior art by Edgar Salazar. It's a punchy, visually charged chapter in Slade Wilson's New 52 saga that fans of hard-hitting action won't want to skip.
