Freddie E. Williams II
Freddie E. Williams II was born on May 30, 1977, in the United States. He entered the comics industry in 2005, starting at DC Comics with *Seven Soldiers: Mister Miracle*. Over the next two decades, he became best known for his work on high-concept crossover series, often blending distinct franchises into cohesive visual narratives. His signature projects include *Batman/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles*, *He-Man/ThunderCats*, *Injustice vs. Masters of the Universe*, and *Turtles of Grayskull*. Williams typically served as artist, and sometimes as inker or colorist, on these titles. He also drew issues of *Robin* and *The Flash*. His style, marked by clean linework and dynamic action, made him a natural fit for these team-up adventures. He collaborated with writers such as James Tynion IV on the *Batman/TMNT* series and with Rob David on the He-Man crossovers. Williams’s career spanned from 2006 to 2023, with over eighty credited issues. While he did not receive major industry awards, his work on these crossover events earned him a dedicated following among fans of superhero and fantasy mash-ups. He remains an active presence in the field, continuing to work on licensed properties that bring together beloved characters from different worlds.
