Robin plunges through the night sky in a harrowing bird's-eye view, his red-and-black costume and orange cape catching the city lights far below as enormous grasping hands — one dark, one pale — reach in from either side, threatening to seize him mid-fall. Patrick Gleason and Prentis Rollins deliver a vertigo-inducing cover that immediately raises the stakes for the story inside, titled "Harder Questions." Writer Adam Beechen and artist Freddie E. Williams II were clearly setting a tense, urgent tone for this August 2006 chapter of Gotham's youngest hero.
