While Belle deals with getting herself, Icicle, and Tigress away from the authorities, Hourman, waiting at the hotel for Blue, has a vision and misses the thief's arrival. Blue delivers the book to his client, but in order to secure his ultimate goal, the tachophixyl, he'll need the unwitting aid of Hourman and Liberty Belle, who have made a deal with Icicle and Tigress to work together to find the book and Blue.
