The fourth chapter of "Crisis in a Half Shell" arrives with a cover that commands attention: a sinister, white-haired figure in a purple coat lunges toward the viewer, flanked by Harley Quinn and surrounded by an army of corrupted, glowing-eyed Batman duplicates, while mutant versions of the Turtles — including a snarling werewolf-like creature at center — tear through the frame alongside a grim, shadowy Batman.
