Bulldozer
Henry Camp, a former U.S. Army soldier turned criminal, gained superhuman strength when the Wrecker mystically shared his Asgardian-derived power with Camp and two other convicts, forming the Wrecking Crew. Wearing a reinforced helmet, Bulldozer serves as the Crew's battering-ram bruiser.
Bulldozer has been smashing through Marvel's Bronze Age and beyond ever since Chris Claremont, Len Wein, and Sal Buscema unleashed him in The Defenders #19 back in 1975 β a debut that collectors still seek out, and one of eight key issues dotting this character's fifty-year run. With 113 catalog appearances spanning all the way to 2025, Bulldozer is no footnote; he's a durable piece of Marvel's furniture, the kind of heavy-hitting presence that keeps turning up wherever the action is loudest. He shares the page with a rogues' gallery of hard-hitting company β Wrecker, Piledriver, and others β and has left his mark across landmark series including Marvel Super-Heroes Secret Wars and The Amazing Spider-Man. If you love the gritty, street-level muscle that defines Bronze Age Marvel at its most visceral, Bulldozer is absolutely worth a deep dive.
