“Berserker!”

In "Berserker!", the heroes of Battleworld face a new threat as the mysterious Spider-Woman arrives, only to be met with tragedy when the Wrecker and his allies hurl the lifeless body of the Wasp into their midst. With Zsaji powerless to help and Magneto leading the X-Men in a desperate stand, Galactus confronts Doom’s treachery on his world ship—expelling the villain with brutal force. Meanwhile, She-Hulk’s solo assault on Doombase ends in devastating defeat, forcing the Avengers to act as the X-Men keep watch on Galactus, whose hunger for Battleworld begins anew. Written by Jim Shooter and brought to life by Mike Zeck’s dynamic art, with inks by John Beatty, colors by Christie Scheele, and letters by Joe Rosen, the cover by Bob Layton captures the chaos in bold, striking detail.

The heroes meet the new Spider-Woman. The Wrecker and his allies show up and throw the body of the fallen Wasp at our heroes before they take off. Zsaji can do nothing for her as she is dead. Magneto and the X-Men battle the bad guys but they escape. Galactus notices that Doom is lurking on his world ship and expels him violently. She-Hulk invades Doombase solo seeking revenge for the death of the Wasp but is outnumbered and beaten badly. The X-Men agree to keep an eye on Galactus who has once again begun his process of eating Battleworld so the Avengers can take off and rescue She-Hulk.
