Glenn Herdling was born on May 2, 1964, in the United States. He entered the comic book industry in the late 1980s and became best known for his work as a writer at Marvel Comics, particularly on *Namor the Sub-Mariner*. Over a career spanning from 1989 to 2021, he was credited as writer on more than 130 issues, with frequent contributions to titles such as *Cable*, *Blackwulf*, *Avengers Unplugged*, *Iron Man*, and *The Avengers*.
