Cable #12

Cable #12 kicks off "Fear and Loathing" with a cover that puts the tension front and center: a red-and-blue armored Senyaka leaps aggressively overhead, his whip-like coils slashing through a burst of yellow energy, while a heavily armed Cable crouches below him alongside a determined blonde woman raising a pistol. Steve Skroce's pencils and Mike Sellers' inks give the trio a raw, kinetic energy that feels perfectly in tune with mid-'90s Marvel action. It's a striking setup for what promises to be a high-stakes confrontation.
