Ryan Winn is an American comic book artist and inker best known for his work on DC Comics titles, particularly *Batwing* and *Batman*. Born in Orange County, California, where he continues to reside, Winn entered the industry in the mid-2000s, building a reputation for clean, dynamic linework. His career spans from 2004 to 2020, during which he contributed to over 90 issues as an artist, inker, colorist, or writer. Beyond DC, he made notable marks on Valiant Entertainment’s *Divinity* and *A&A: The Adventures of Archer & Armstrong*, as well as *Spawn* and *Wildcats* for other publishers. Winn frequently collaborated with writers like Justin Jordan and Matt Kindt, and his inking style—precise yet expressive—became a hallmark of the *Batwing* series. He co-created the character Batwing with writer Judd Winick, helping to expand DC’s African superhero roster. Later in his career, Winn shifted focus to independent projects and convention appearances, remaining a respected figure among fans of superhero and supernatural comics. While he has not received major industry awards, his steady output and versatility have earned him a loyal following.
