Deathstroke #44
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeThe title says it all — Deathstroke R.I.P. — and Giuseppe Camuncoli and Cam Smith's striking cover delivers on that grim promise: Deathstroke's masked face and signature sword rest atop a coffin draped in red, while an unsettling gathering of DC villains pays its respects, including Brainiac looming at the head, Gorilla Grodd standing solemnly to one side, Cheetah crouching at the foot, and a smirking figure in blue looking on. Writer Priest and artist Fernando Pasarin close out this 2019 run with "Elegy," and the Legion of Doom offering a "Final Farewell" sets a fittingly dark, theatrical tone for what promises to be a memorable send-off.
