Christopher Yost
Christopher Lee Yost was born on February 21, 1973. He is an American writer who has worked across film, television, animation, and comic books, with his most prominent work coming in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, where he contributed to *Thor: The Dark World* (2013) and *Thor: Ragnarok* (2017), as well as on *The Mandalorian* for Lucasfilm. In comics, Yost is best known for his runs on *X-Force*, *Scarlet Spider*, and *Red Robin*, and he was a key writer on the animated series *Marvel Universe Avengers: Earth’s Mightiest Heroes*. His career in the medium began in the mid-2000s, and he has remained active through 2024, with over 100 credited issues. Yost frequently collaborated with writer Craig Kyle, with whom he co-created the character X-23. His style often blends superhero action with character-driven drama, particularly in his work on younger or legacy heroes.
