Scarlet Spider #19

Part three of "Wrath" puts Kaine's Scarlet Spider right in the thick of it — the cover by Ryan Stegman shows him in his dark black-and-blue suit diving into a frenzy of black-clad ninja opponents, webs snapping and blades flashing against a striking crimson background. The tagline "All of the Power, None of the Responsibility" says everything about what makes this corner of the Marvel Universe so compelling. With Christopher Yost, Erik Burnham, and Carlo Barberi powering the interior, this 2013 series continues to carve out its own sharp identity.
