The Mark kills an escaped sex slave and leaves his "mark" on her face. Tracking him down, Scarlet Spider discovers that he's a member of the Hand. The Arranger has Bruiser kill the Mark and tells Scarlet Spider that Kingpin would be taking direct control of Hand operations in Houston. The Lobos head for Houston.
