New Warriors #11 throws the whole team into a chaotic brawl, with the cover showing the group — including a sword-wielding warrior in white-and-gold, a green-costumed hero, a blue-clad speedster, a werewolf-like figure, and a shouting blonde — surrounded on all sides by a swarm of glowing, faceless shadow enemies. Looming at the center is a massive pink mechanical figure, fists raised and clearly the focal point of the conflict. The dense, kinetic composition by Burnham, To, and Redmond captures a team pushed to its limits, making this 2014 issue an energetic showcase for Marvel's scrappiest young heroes.
