Andrea Di Vito, born May 28, 1971, in Italy, is a comic book artist best known for his clean, dynamic linework and skill with cosmic and superhero storytelling. He entered the industry through European comics before breaking into American work in the early 2000s, quickly becoming a sought-after pencil artist for Marvel. His most prominent credits include the space epics *Annihilation* and *Nova*, where his detailed, kinetic style brought alien landscapes and high-stakes battles to life. He also contributed to *Stormbreaker: The Saga of Beta Ray Bill*, *Civil War: House of M*, and *The Thing*, often collaborating with writers like Dan Abnett and Andy Lanning. Di Vito’s art is marked by expressive characters and clear, fluid action sequences. He co-created the character of Beta Ray Bill’s ship, Skuttlebutt, and helped define the visual look of the Annihilation Wave. Later in his career, he continued to work on select projects, including *The First* for a smaller publisher. While he never received major industry awards, his work remains respected for its craftsmanship and consistency. Di Vito’s legacy lies in his contributions to Marvel’s cosmic renaissance of the 2000s, leaving a lasting imprint on the visual language of galactic comics.
