Ben Grimm charges forward fists clenched amid a lush jungle setting, his Fantastic Four emblem front and center, while two blue-costumed figures flank him and a crackling energy lasso spirals around the whole scene — it's a cover by Andrea DiVito that crackles with kinetic energy. Dan Slott's 2006 series gives the ever-lovin' blue-eyed Thing room to stretch beyond the Baxter Building, and this second issue — subtitled "Abusement Park" — suggests the adventure ahead is anything but ordinary. Laura Villari's rich coloring deepens the jungle atmosphere beautifully, making this a visually inviting read from the first glance.
