While the Joes battle their way through Chimera's underground bunker, Snake Eyes infiltrates the compound and tries to rescue Scarlett from the bad guy. Snake Eyes stops Chimera but he has already begun the count down to his master plan and the Joes have to choose between stopping deadly nerve gas attacks or an email that will give certain industrialists the opportunity to wreck the U.S. economy. The Joes decide to make the underground "Pit" their new home.
