Hercule
Hercule is the French-language name for Marvel's Hercules, the legendary Olympian demigod and son of Zeus. Blessed with godlike strength and immortality, he left Mount Olympus to prove himself among mortals, becoming a boisterous, heroic adventurer and frequent ally of Earth's Super Heroes.
Hercule made their debut in the Bronze Age pages of Titans #5 (1976), brought to life by the creative team of Tony Isabella and Don Heck for Editions Lug — and nearly five decades later, this character is still turning up in comics collections around the world. With 95 catalog appearances spanning from 1976 all the way to 2025, Hercule is a remarkably enduring presence, spread across titles like Strange, Titans, and Ombrax-Saga. The company is nothing short of stellar: these issues feature the likes of Iron Man, Captain America, and Peter Parker sharing the same pages, placing Hercule squarely at the heart of some genuinely exciting Bronze Age storytelling. Four key-issue appearances signal that serious collectors have taken notice — and with a run this long and this well-connected, it's easy to see why.
