This massive hardcover kicks off Titan's comprehensive reprint series by collecting the earliest adventures of Robert E. Howard's iconic Cimmerian from Marvel's 1970s comic. Volume 1 gathers Conan's debut in the first several issues of his original series, along with his initial team-up with King Kull and early encounters with sorcerers like Kulan-Gath and the demonic Night-God. The omnibus also includes the first appearances of key supporting characters such as Jenna, Brule, and the sorceress Zephra, setting the stage for the Hyborian Age epics to come.

In "The Coming of Conan!", the young barbarian finds himself entangled in a deadly mystery after rescuing Lady Aztrias of Numalia from a pack of wolves. When she hires him to steal a mysterious bowl from the wealthy merchant Kallian, Conan uncovers a corpse and a false accusation—only to face a monstrous serpent-man born from the bowl’s dark secret. Written by Roy Thomas and Robert E. Howard, with art by Barry Smith and inks by Buscema and Adkins, this story features a striking cover by Barry Windsor-Smith and John Verpoorten, setting the stage for Conan’s first true adventure in the original comics.
