Joshua Hale Fialkov
Joshua Hale Fialkov was born on August 19, 1979, and is an American comic book writer whose work often leans into horror and psychological tension. He is best known for creating the comics *Echoes*, *The Bunker*, and *Elk's Run*, as well as writing for DC's *I, Vampire* and the 2008 film *Infected*. Fialkov entered the industry in 2007 and was active through 2017, during which he was credited on over 100 issues. His most prolific titles include *I, Vampire*, *The Bunker*, *The Life After*, *Ultimate FF*, *Jeff Steinberg: Champion of Earth*, and *Skyman*. He frequently collaborated with artists such as Andrea Sorrentino and Noel Tuazon, bringing a dark, introspective style to his narratives. Fialkov earned multiple Harvey Award nominations for his work.
