Bob Fingerman

Bob Fingerman, born August 25, 1964, in Queens, New York, is an American comic book writer and artist best known for his autobiographical series *Minimum Wage*, published by Fantagraphics Books. He entered the industry in the mid-1980s, working steadily across multiple roles—writer, artist, colorist, inker, and letterer—on 46 issues from 1985 to 2021. His most prominent credits include *Minimum Wage*, *The Mask: Toys in the Attic*, *White Like She*, *Scooby-Doo*, the *Mystery Men* movie adaptation, and *From the Ashes*. Fingerman’s style is grounded in sharp, observational humor and a raw, expressive line, often exploring personal relationships and urban life.
