Written by Bob Fingerman and illustrated by Chris McLoughlin, with inks by Steve Moncuse, colors by Dave McCaig, and letters by Steve Haynie, the story kicks off with Captain Amazing’s ill-fated plan to free his nemesis Casanova Frankenstein—only for the villain’s betrayal to thrust the unlikely trio of Mr. Furious, The Shoveler, and the Blue Raja into the spotlight.
