Ikaris
Created by cosmic beings known as the Celestials millions of years ago, Ikaris is one of Earth's Eternals — a race of near-immortal, godlike humans engineered for immense power. Among the most formidable of his kind, he eventually rose to the rank of Prime Eternal.
Few Marvel characters carry quite the mythic weight of Ikaris, who soared onto the Bronze Age scene in 1976 courtesy of Bill Mantlo and Rich Buckler in Astonishing Tales #34. A figure rooted in the cosmic grandeur of Marvel's Eternals mythology, Ikaris has proven remarkably enduring — 87 catalog appearances spanning half a century, with five of those recognized as key collector issues, speak to a character who matters. His adventures have unfolded most prominently across Eternals, Quasar, and Hulk Comic, and he's shared the page with titans like Captain America, Spider-Man, and fellow Eternals Sersi, Thena, and Circe. Whether you're a longtime Marvel Cosmic devotee or just discovering the vast, ancient tapestry of the Eternals, Ikaris is an essential thread.
Powers. As Prime Eternal, Ikaris's attributes are increased to an unknown degree, and he is also able to form a Uni-Mind with other Eternals.
